Someone on the Framingham FRAMGOV listserve recently put up a claim of complaint against Herb Chasan who runs the hoops to homework program. The person putting up the complaint wasn’t too happy with Herb. Here is her complaint.
Yet, Herb is getting an award and no ones looking into the complaint.
