I have been living in the Town/City for 69 years and I live with my brother, I would think I/we would have the pulse of what has been going on in Framingham as to living here as to businesses from the wayward pass, to the now, and I believe it is my right to have a say in what is really going on in Framingham in the now.
I was on that Facebook debate you had tonight and it didn’t go well because whoever runs that League of Women Voters or that Facebook presentation kicked me off as well as my brother and he posted a FAVORABLE post for you, but we were both kicked off because I was asking questions YOU and your opponent will probably never deal with, and that is the problem with Illegal immigration in the City….Why my brother was kicked off is who knows…There was NO REASON for it….

WE HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM HERE with illegal immigration and you need to know about it because if you do get elected you will be hearing about it for the next two years you are in office, just ask the former Councilor Shepard…
So I ask that you make an effort to talk to me or my brother or we could meet to talk or converse…
When the Mayor came into office she made an effort to have me sit down with her in her office and chat for an hour, maybe you can take that opportunity because you need to know what is going on in Framingham, and believe me you don’t know the half of it..

The sad thing about Framingham is there are a lot of people that take pleasure in stopping any conversations that deal with Illegal immigration and I hope you are not one of them but I believe you need a fresher course in what is happening..

I had two SPECIFIC questions that I relayed to those planning these debates and these were them.
1. What is your stand on the Illegal alien problem as it is NOW in Framingham? We have THOUSANDS here, unlawfully and illegally, they are here, do you support RULE of LAW or not?Do you see it as a problem? Remember, traffic is one of your concerns, so isn’t housing. These are all related to the Illegal alien problem….We have now people living in attics and cellars, just ask the firemen….
2. The Inlaw apartments, or Accessory Dwelling Units, what is your feeling on those beyond what you said, but do you know the problems that will result if that is passed as a general City-wide ordinance?…. You need to know where that could go, it is NOT GOOD….

I am up to very late during the evening going into the wee hours of the morning so feel free to call me or email me….I am NOT going away, I have concerns that need to be addressed, ask Miss Shepard…..

Someone on the Framingham FRAMGOV listserve recently put up a claim of complaint against Herb Chasan who runs the hoops to homework program. The person putting up the complaint wasn’t too happy with Herb. Here is her complaint.

May 16, 2015 The Framingham Adult ESL Plus program is a criminal enterprise hiding under a program that teaches English to immigrants.

This statement below entails basically our concerns about this program. As Framingham Town Meeting members we would like the Town of Framingham to open up an investigation into the Framingham Adult ESL Plus program. The reasons for this is because we as a Town meeting made request through a Resolution dated May 1, 2013, that the Framingham Adult ESL Plus program comply to: “have a policy of verification of legal status with appropriate documents at the time of enrollment in this program” The fact that this program has not responded to this request from Town meeting to satisfy a Town Memorandum dated March 21, 2013 that ask for “EXPLICITLY checking the immigration status on their respective client intake forms” leads us to believe that this program has no interest in supplying that information and shows they are hiding important information about the immigration status of its clients in serious violation of established Federal Law, which is a FELONY. According to that Memorandum:

As Town entities all three agencies Framingham Adult ESL Plus sponsored by the School Department Literacy Volunteers of America ( LVA ) sponsored by the Public Library Resiliency for Life (RFL )— sponsored by the School department “are required to comply with the 1996 Welfare Reform Act and other federal requirements for checking immigration status of all participants”. The Adult ESL Plus program does a cursory “check box check” but no other serious EXPLICIT checks at all. Since Town money through Federal funding comes into this program, and the other two mentioned programs, we feel this is a serious misuse of tax dollars not to mention that the use of our public schools buildings are being used in violation of Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Sections USC 1324 (a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)((iii)

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii) “Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.” Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A) A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he: * assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or * encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or * knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions. It is our concern that current Immigration law is being broken through aiding and abetting and document fraud statutes violations, leaving Framingham in a legal bind. We ask that the Board of Selectperson through its legal department look into these serious allegations and make sure our Town voted resolution is adhered to EXPLICITLY.

Oh look who has favored the criminal ESL PLUS PROGRAM, none other than our Framingham board of Selectpersons.

 A quick check of that ESL program shows a ton of Brazilians, and guess what? MOST BRAZILIANS ARE UNDOCUMENTED  according to this Harvard paper on page 8.
